Athleague is an angel-backed start up focusing on the amateur sports space - our mission is to make it easier to organize sports leagues and find sporting opportunities in your area. We've built an amazing product that is saving league administrators time and money, and we're looking to add some highly motivated talent to our team so that we can expand the product functionality and move into new markets.

Design/User Interface Specialist
Do you have an artistic eye and a passion for user
interface? Do you like to work on challenging design problems? We've
built some incredible functionality - stuff you haven't seen anywhere
else. We're talking drag-and-drop interfaces linked to complex
scheduling algorithms to make sure that a league's 100 teams are all
automatically put in the correct divisions and scheduled at appropriate
times. We need someone to take our awesome product and present it in a
way that delivers an incredible end-user experience. You don't even need
to be able to code, but front-end language expertise helps. Most of all,
if user experience is your thing, we want to talk with you.
Back-end Web Developer
We're looking for motivated developers to help
create scalable solutions to any problem our customers face. Experience
with the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) a must. Front-end
skills (CSS, Javascript/jQuery) a plus. Developers should expect to
start contributing new features right away. Experienced developers may
be expected to add enhancements to our custom PHP framework, or tweak
critical services and server configurations. If you're looking to play a
key role in a fast-paced development team, this job's for you.
Business Development/Sales
We're looking for smart, highly motivated, and
outgoing individuals to help us take our business to the next level.
You'll be wearing a few hats - from creating presentations to be made to
brand partners to selling universities and sports leagues on our product
to developing and managing our social media presence. If you're
passionate about selling, sports, business, and the web, this job is for
you.
